Toy Sticker Processing — HF Welding Foam Sticker Factory, OEM & Contract Work

Have artwork or material and need a factory to process toy stickers? Yikang handles two modes: OEM processing (artwork → die → finished goods) and contract work (you supply PVC roll, we charge HF processing only). This guide explains the models, cost structure and capabilities.

Two processing models — find yours

OEM: you supply artwork; we handle die-making, printing, HF welding and die-cutting end to end
Contract: you supply PVC foam roll (or mandate our use of your material); we charge HF processing per plate/hour
Partial: HF welding only, printing/cutting done by you (rare, negotiable)

How processing fees work

OEM quotes as "die fee + per-piece processing": die fee ¥500-2,000 per design (by size/complexity, credited on production orders); per-piece depends on thickness and size — standard 1.0mm 3D stickers around ¥0.04-0.10/pc. Contract work bills per plate/machine-hour: one dual-station HF press with 2 operators runs thousands of plates a day across two shifts — larger runs mean lower per-plate cost.

3D foam stickers (1.0-2.0mm, animals/food/stars, removable adhesive)
Name & label stickers (HF-sealed, waterproof, scratch-resistant — toy packaging labels)
Holographic & foil foam stickers (local holographic accents, premium)
Sticker packs (20-50 assorted pcs, for sticker books & blind boxes)

Processing order flow and timeline

OEM: artwork confirm → die-making (3-7 days) → sampling (2-3 days) → your approval → production (5-15 days). Contract: material check (thickness/density vs RF frequency) → 1-plate trial → batch run. Note: not every PVC roll suits HF welding — too-thin material welds weakly, impure foam welds unevenly. For contract work, send a 1-meter sample for a trial run first.
