FAQ
What is the MOQ for custom OEM?
Finished sticker OEM starts at 2,000 pcs per design. Multiple designs in one order are fine; sampling for 1-2 designs usually has no hard MOQ.
How long is sampling? Is it charged?
Typical lead time 5-15 days. Sampling fee is quoted by artwork complexity; some simple designs are free, and it is often credited against a production order.
My artwork is licensed IP. Will it leak?
No. We produce to your order quantity only — no over-runs. We never sell any client's licensed designs. Your mold runs for your orders only. We ask written permission before any showcase; without it we show nothing or only masked samples. NDA available.
How is tooling charged? Who owns the mold?
You provide the drawing, we arrange the mold with a specialized toolmaker. Tooling fee is quoted by complexity and sheet layout, charged once. The mold is your property — we store it and run it for your orders only. Reorders within its normal life carry no new tooling fee.
Can you do foil stamping, waterproof and other special finishes?
Yes. Foil stamping uses an add-on head in one press; waterproofing comes from the material itself (PVC/EVA foam does not absorb water) plus heat-sealed edges; Guka 3D gets its raised contour from the mold. We confirm the exact process after you send artwork.
What certifications and documents for export?
The factory holds EN71-3 / ASTM F963 / CPSIA / REACH / BSCI / ISO9001 and can supply test reports and procurement documents to support destination-country customs.
