How to Choose a Puffy Sticker Factory — Shenzhen Source, In-house Foam & HF Welding
Puffy sticker factories vary wildly: traders posing as factories, small shops with printing but no HF welding. Yikang is a source factory in Guangming, Shenzhen: we compound our own rolls, run our own HF welding, control our own QC. Here is a factory-evaluation checklist.

Four questions to ask any puffy sticker factory
- Rolls: in-house or bought in? (in-house = price & quality control; bought = extra margin layer)
- HF presses: own equipment? (no HF = printing only, subcontracting quality & lead time)
- Can they send roll samples? (yes = real material; vague = likely a trader)
- Which lab issues the test report? (EN71-3/ASTM F963/CPSIA must be third-party)
Our hand: all three steps in-house
A puffy sticker = roll (foaming) + printing + HF forming. Yikang runs all three in-house (Guangming, Shenzhen; 1,200m², 3 lines, 50+ staff): white PVC rolls compounded and slit in-house, printing in-house, HF shop running 27.12MHz dual-station single-head presses plus single-station units in parallel, operators alternating feed/remove across two shifts — thousands of plates a day. All three in-house = factory pricing + traceable quality + lead times we control.
How to verify a factory (on-site or remote)
On-site, check three things: ① is the HF shop running (idle machines may be props), ② does the roll warehouse have stock (empty = subcontracting), ③ does the sample room hold dies (dies = real die-making history). Remote verification works too: video of the machines, roll samples, original third-party reports. On-site visits welcome — Guangming, Shenzhen, 30 min from Bao'an airport.
