Our factory is in Yiwu, Zhejiang, near Ningbo and Shanghai ports. We work with FOB, CIF, and DDP terms. Sea freight for 20+ day non-urgent orders, air freight 5-10 days, express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) 3-7 days. We quote by volume / weight + destination port, and can book on your behalf.

EVA foam sticker: EVA foam + adhesive, 1-2mm thick, soft and bouncy, mid price, good for 3D cartoon / gifts / kids journals. 3D foam sticker: paper + PVC + dense foam 3-layer, 2-3mm thick, the most solid feel, can hold sculptural shapes, good for premium gifts / IP merchandise / collectibles. Quick rule: cheapest flat = PVC, soft bouncy = EVA, thick premium = 3D.

Everything is customizable: shape (any die-cut silhouette), size (2-30cm range), thickness (PVC 0.2-0.5mm / EVA 1-3mm / 3D foam 2-4mm), color (CMYK / Pantone match), adhesive (permanent / removable / strong-tack), surface (matte / glossy / spot UV / hot foil / holographic). Same MOQ 2,000 pcs as standard, no extra die fee.

Vector preferred: AI / CDR / EPS / PDF (with text outlined). Bitmap also OK: PSD / PNG (300dpi+, transparent bg) / TIFF / high-quality JPG. Requirements: ① CMYK color (not RGB) ② 3mm bleed ③ 3mm safe margin ④ 100% black (K100) is enough, no overprint. After design is final, also send a JPG preview. We send PDF color proof / digital proof for sign-off before production.
