Tooling & Molds
You draw, we tool. The mold is yours — we just store it and run it for your production.
Why a mold first
A sticker is not just printed — it is pressed to shape. Different artwork and sheet counts need different molds.
Contours, cut-outs and raised areas all come from the mold's profile. A precise mold means a faithful sticker.
How tooling works
Send artwork and dimensions; we brief a specialized toolmaker.
One-time quote by artwork complexity and sheet layout — no hidden fees.
The mold is your asset, stored by us and run for your orders only.
Reorders within the mold's normal service life carry no new tooling fee.
You may reclaim the mold at any time; we hand it over.
Our edge: material to mold
We make the foam, formulated to run on our machines; the mold goes straight to trial and is adjusted on the spot if it doesn't fit.
Formula tuned to run on our machines from day one — mold and material fit.
Mold goes straight to trial press; issues fixed on the spot.
Wrong material runs risk of delamination and bubbles — high rework.
