Toy Sticker Custom — PVC Foam Stickers for Blind Boxes, Sticker Books, Toy Factories

Toy stickers run three ways: blind-box accessories, sticker-book pages, toy packaging labels. Yikang makes PVC foam stickers (HF welded, 3D, EN71-3 toy-safe) — a supplier toy factories and traders can use directly.

Three ways toy stickers are bought

Blind box / mystery bag freebies: 1-2 stickers per box, need strong 3D feel and durability (PVC foam 1.0-1.5mm is ideal)
Sticker books: activity books, scene books, dress-up books (foam stickers have thickness, lift and re-stick easily)
Toy packaging labels / gifts: brand labels, anti-counterfeit stickers, in-box reward stickers (EN71-3 report required)

Why PVC foam for toy stickers

Paper and flat PVC printed stickers are flat — kids stick them once and forget them. Foam stickers have 1-2mm of thickness and a soft, squishy feel — a sticker you can play with. PVC foam itself is phthalate-free, and our roll stock passes EN71-3 / ASTM F963 / CPSIA, so toy factories can cite our test reports directly.

Toy sticker custom process and MOQ

MOQ 2,000 pcs per design. Flow: artwork → process review (thickness/shape/blind-box sizing) → quote → sampling (5-15 days) → production (5-15 days). Blind-box sticker runs should be scheduled 30 days ahead — toy fairs (Jan/Mar/Apr) create capacity peaks.

IP artwork compliance note

Please confirm artwork licensing before ordering: for licensed characters (Disney, My Little Pony, Ultraman etc.) we require proof of license — we cannot carry infringement risk for you, and Japan/US customs check licensing far more strictly than domestic buyers. Non-IP artwork, original designs and public-domain imagery (animals/plants/fruit/geometry) are always fine.
