How are foam rolls sold? What is the MOQ?
Sold by roll (100 m/roll), MOQ 5 rolls; also pre-cut to 500 sheets/pack from 1 pack. Volume pricing — quote by thickness and quantity.
Can you cut to my dimensions?
Yes. In-house die-cut line cuts to A4 / A3 / custom shapes, 24h ship at fastest. Pre-cut packs suit small-batch trials and e-commerce.
Will the rolls run on my HF welding machine?
PVC furong foam and EVA are polar materials — they heat and fuse under HF, so they run fine. If you use another supplier's material and are unsure, send a sample and we will test-press it.
Can thickness and color be customized?
0.6-2.0mm in stock; special thickness or color (clear, colored) can be custom-made in about 5-15 days. Tell us the use case and we advise.
I only want material, no contract processing — can I order directly?
Yes. Rolls and cut packs are stock wholesale, 24h ship. Print and weld them yourself, or — if you prefer — send them back for our contract processing.
How is this different from custom OEM (Line A)?
Line B sells material: you print and process it yourself; we make sure the base foam is right and ships steady. Line A sells finished goods: you supply art, we deliver the finished sticker. Both share the same HF welding line and complement each other.
