Most "PVC stickers" on Alibaba are PVC printed stickers (printed PVC film with overlaminate, thin, flat, sticks on planners). We make PVC foam stickers: PVC roll + HF welding, 3D, soft, spongy feel. Two completely different products from two different factories.

MOQ 2,000 pcs per design; complex artwork or special processes raise the floor. Pricing depends on: ① foam thickness (thicker = pricier, 0.8mm vs 2.0mm is a 20-40% gap), ② sticker size (bigger = pricier), ③ process complexity (foil, 3D, die-cut all add cost), ④ volume (bulk discounts). Standard PVC foam stickers run US$0.04-0.20/pc FOB Shenzhen — exact pricing depends on artwork review.

Order process and lead time

Standard flow: artwork → process review (material/thickness/process route) → quote → sampling (5-15 days) → client approval → production (5-15 days). Sampling-to-delivery in 20-30 days for most orders; repeat SKUs can be compressed to 15 days. Lead time and machine time are locked on the confirmation — no queue-jumping in peak season.
