Why HF sealing is the dividing line in name labels

A die-cut PVC sticker has a raw cut edge. On a water bottle, a few washes and the edge lifts and dirt seeps in. HF welding fuses the edge, sealing the whole sticker: dishwasher-safe, soak-proof, re-stickable. That one detail decides whether a label lasts a month or a year.

• Bottle labels: waterproof, strong adhesive, rounded corners, 3-5cm, name + class + icon
• Clothing labels: iron-on or sew-on, machine-washable, batch layout from a name list
