The short answer: how glow-in-the-dark stickers are made

Glow-in-the-dark stickers add phosphorescent powder to the puffy foam sticker formula. Charge for 10-30 minutes under daylight or lamps, and they glow for hours after lights-out, fading gradually. It is not a fluorescent coating and contains no radioactive material — safe for kids' products.

Choosing glow effect and material

Phosphorescent powder comes in yellow-green and blue-green tones — yellow-green is brightest, blue-green lasts longest. Colors can be mixed, or only parts can glow (e.g. stars and moons in a design). Foam thickness 0.6-1.5mm all work, and the glow does not affect HF welding.
